Some technology like rear-view cameras has helped to answer the age old question of “Am I in the lines?” If you have ever tried to find parking on a Sunday afternoon at your local mall or bog box store, you can agree that doing so is no easy (or fun) task. That is why BMW vehicles in 2018 will let drivers in both Canada and the U.S. use their iDrive feature to pre-pay for parking in over 250 cities, on and off the street and elsewhere including at the airport and larger event centres like sport stadiums.

Drivers will be provided with the option to choose their preferred spot using GPS co-ordinates, pre-select times to park, and extend their parking using the ParkNow app.
