We all know that nobody actually enjoys taking their kids on road trips but it isn’t socially acceptable to leave the little ones at home. Backseat entertainment systems like DVD players seemed like the perfect solution to keeping little Bobby and Jennifer occupied while on the road. However, they often ended up being a too-expensive feature with less than ideal technology that never really seemed to work.
