Lowest-Rated Midsized Luxury Car: Lincoln MKS
If Lincolns are considered the retirees of luxury cars, then the Lincoln MKS should have been put out to pasture long ago. The MKS just feels exhausted, and someone should probably put it out of its misery at some point soon.
Lincoln have produced some great modern sedans in the luxury market. The MKS is not one of those cars. The Lincoln MKS is old fashioned on the inside and out, it has very poor visibility from the driver’s seat, and a tiny trunk that’s too small for anything useful.
It has a weakling 3.7 liter engine, it’s a V6, but don’t let that fool you, it’s only contributed to the exceptionally poor reliability ratings that this car’s received. And of course, the mark of any good lemon, it’s scored very badly on the IIHS safety tests.
If you’re looking for a Lincoln, this one is no good, move on.
