Mechanics Cringe When These Cars Roll In To The Shop

Chevrolet Tahoe/GMC Yukon

Both the Tahoe and Yukon have interiors that are luxurious, large, and quiet. Special available features include blind spot monitoring and cross-traffic alerts. However, the good does not outweigh the bad since the main problems with these vehicles are vibrations when steering, and unresponsive engine, and issues with the power equipment and in-car electronics. Moreover, the, fuel economy from the 5.3-liter V8 and six-speed automatic is a measly 16 mpg. Overall it provides a stiff ride although it is less so with its Magnetic Ride Control suspension. It can also tow a whopping 8.500 pounds but there are much better options out there, like most car-based SUVs.
