Porsche Boxster Mysteriously Damaged While Shipped Across The USA

Although he is admittedly angry and in shock, there was not much that Mark could do. Therefore, he decided that it would be better to cool down and so he left with the hopes that things would be resolved in his favour. Days passed and Mark had still not heard from shipping company so he decided to take things into his own hands and text the guy whose number he had himself. When he finally got a response, he was told that the mechanic that the shipping company hires was running behind and the attempts to open the latch had been unsuccessful.

After messaging back and forth with the guy from the shipping company, Mark is asked to confirm the name of the person that had told him that his car was ready to be picked up. Mark responded that the guy at the shipping terminal in New Jersey had told him that it would be ready for pick up on that day. Soon afterwards Mark is told that the mechanic has still not been able to take a look at the car but Mark is promised that the mechanic is on his way and that the issue would be resolved soon.
