The 25 Most Reliable Cars Ever

3. 1983-2011 Ford Ranger

Many stores that sell car parts all over the US use the Ford Ranger as delivery vehicles. This is just one indication that the Ranger is reliable. After all, it would be ironic to have these vehicles break down on the way to their destination. These super sturdy vehicles can have a whopping 700,000 miles and this is usually no easy feat. When it was first released, the Ranger was made available with a variety of different engine choices and also had some parts such as steering wheels and door handles similar to other Ford vehicles including, but not limited to, the Escort and the F-Series. However, the body itself was unique. We cannot wait to see what Ford has in store for future Rangers as we have nothing bad to say about either the first or second generations. We wouldn’t be surprised if these newer models are even more reliable than past models since technology is advancing at such a fast rate.
