3. 1973-1994 Chevrolet Blazer
One thing that sets the Chevrolet Blazer apart is its long wheelbase, which allows for comfortable off-road driving. Like other vehicles on our list, with minimal maintenance the Blazer easily reaches 200,000 miles without any major problems. When problems do arise replacement parts are typically inexpensive which allows you to keep costs down when fixing these issues. When first released and until 1975, the Blazer was available with a removable top (comparable to a convertible). This was the case until 1975 when this design was replaced by a half-cab option until 1991. They have been produced with a variety of different engines and options such as an antilock brake system and a brake warning light on the dashboard. For even better durability, the 1990 model got doubled-sided and galvanized exterior sheet metal perfect for roaring through wet and grimy terrain
