The 25 Most Reliable Trucks

17. 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia

The Sequoia is based on the Toyota Tundra pickup and for this reason it is built with some of the finest engineering and with an exquisite build. This means that it shares a chassis, dashboard, and engine with it. It was initially made available with two different trims, but both two- and four-wheel drive options. It has made a name for itself and has been featured on several lists for regularly getting to 200,000 miles without any major issues. The first generation from these years has a soft spot in our hearts. From the beginning the Sequoia was destined to be a reliable vehicle that lasts a long time, even being nominated for the 2001 “North American Truck of the Year” award.
