The 25 Toughest Trucks That Get The Job Done

1991 GMC Syclone

If the 454SS had all the power, the Syclone had the performance to compete and win the races. It had a powerful turbocharged Vortec V6, as well as all wheel drive and a 65/35 split of the power favoring the rear axle.

Sadly for a pickup, it didn’t have a very impressive load capacity. But this was one that meant for sport and not hauling. Plus, the Syclone could beat a Ferrari in a drag race, which was more than impressive enough for a pick up truck!
