1934 W25 Silver Arrow
There’s a great story about this one. Back in 1934, Grand Prix cars could only weigh a maximum of 750 kilograms. The Silver Arrow turned up weighing 751 – making it impossible to race.
Then someone had a bright idea and the team stripped the car of all of its paint. Not only did the car look amazing, but for years after German racing cars were driven without paint.
