The Worst Cars Of The 1980’s

Cadillac Fleetwood V-8-6-4

Launched: 1981

What Made It So Awful: Just like other driftwood, you can see this Eighties relic in rivers, creeks, and streams all over the country. But this car was highly innovative for its time. The Fleetwood had variable displacement. The problem was that back then, the technology was still very much in its infancy. Actually, it didn’t truly function until around 2005. While it might be possible to see the Fleetwood as groundbreaking for its time, owners didn’t agree and tried to return the car in hoards.
