What Made It So Awful: Someone should have received a citation for the Chevrolet Citation. Switching from rear wheel drive to front wheel drive was a considerable mistake. This was a car of the 70s masquerading as a car of the 80s. And doing a bad job of it. If you never got to see a Chevy Citation, you were lucky.
