The Worst Polluting Cars On The Road Today

Subaru WRX STI

This Subaru is one of the world’s top performing rally cars. No matter what terrain it’s on, the WRX STI delivers remarkable performance. Whether it’s racing on streets or dirt, the Subaru WRX is a winning car. It’s been fitted with a 2.5 liter turbocharged engine that gives it 300 brake horsepower and almost three hundred feet of torque too.

It’s capable of crossing the finish line first in any of the top races in the world. But the car doesn’t care much about the world, or specifically the health of the planet. When it comes to pollution, the Subaru WRX STI is a big offender.

The fuel economy of this ecological hooligan is just 17 miles per gallon. And it emits almost as much CO2 as the Corvette for every mile that it goes.

It will remain a firm favourite with rally racing fans all over the world. Just don’t expect Mother Nature to be cheering at the finish line.
